We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current plan details and pricing are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under Directive 2011/83/EU. During checkout, you are required to consent to immediate access to the service, thereby waiving your 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. In addition to subscription credits, you may purchase one-time credit packs. Credit packs are non-refundable and do not expire. Credits are consumed in the order: monthly subscription credits first, then extra credit packs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:

The Service itself — including its design, features, user interface, documentation, and branding — is owned by serp.systems and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
Important: All content generated through our Service is produced by Anthropic's Claude AI model. AI-generated content should always be reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human before publication or use.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by serp.systems. Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You may request account deletion at any time through the account settings in your dashboard. Upon requesting deletion, your account will be deactivated and scheduled for permanent data removal after a 30-day retention period. During this period, you may cancel the deletion and reactivate your account by logging in and visiting settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. User-initiated deletions undergo a 30-day retention period before permanent data removal. Terminations initiated by us may result in immediate data deletion. Data stored by third-party providers (Clerk, Supabase) will be handled according to their respective data retention policies.
